Initial Setup
Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”Once the development team has installed the WineM8 app on your store, there are a series of requirements your store will need to meet before it can be launched:
- Set up either Custom or Curated packs (or both!)
- Configure your lead times
- Connect to Klaviyo and set up your email notifications
- Connect to Stripe
- Polish your Shopify theme
Custom Pack Setup Guides
Section titled “Custom Pack Setup Guides”If you would like to setup custom packs for your customers use the following guides:
Create a Smart Collection Create a Shopify collection of products to be used by Winem8.
Assign products to your Collection Create display products for your new collection.
Custom Packs How to configure your custom pack options.
Map your products (Optional) Set up your product mapping.
Curated Pack Setup Guide
Section titled “Curated Pack Setup Guide”If you will provide a curated subscription, refer to this guide:
Set up a Curated pack Packs curated by the winery at a fixed frequency and quantity.
WineM8 Settings
Section titled “WineM8 Settings” Lead Times Set your Subscription Renewal Reminder and Order Fulfilment Lead Times.
Set up Klaviyo For all your email marketing needs.
Stripe for Payments Connect WineM8 to your Stripe account.
Email Notifications
Section titled “Email Notifications” Set up your Email notifications with Klaviyo WineM8 will trigger multiple events for Klaviyo to listen for and send customised emails.
Polish your Shopify Theme
Section titled “Polish your Shopify Theme” Your Shopify theme and WineM8 Add customer-facing information about your subscription.
