Creating a support ticket
Section titled “Creating a support ticket”In order to make sure this process is as quick and as smooth as possible we recommend providing the following information if it is relevant:
- Your store name
- Where you are experiencing the issue, for example:
- The subscription page of the admin
- The checkout screen
- The selection screen
- What is involved in the issue:
- Subscription - Provide the slug or customer name
- Customer - Their name or email
- Order - The Order id and associated customer
Any screenshots you may have of errors or bugs are also valuable!
