Support

For all your support needs please reach out to support@winem8.com.au. This will create a ticket in our system that will be flagged with our support and development team to action.

In order to make sure this process is as quick and as smooth as possible we recommend providing the following information if it is relevant:

  • Your store name
  • Where you are experiencing the issue, for example:
    • The subscription page of the admin
    • The checkout screen
    • The selection screen
  • What is involved in the issue:
    • Subscription - Provide the slug or customer name
    • Customer - Their name or email
    • Order - The Order id and associated customer

Any screenshots you may have of errors or bugs are also valuable!
